These Terms and Conditions describe the basis on which Scream It offers coffee cup sleeve advertising, café partnerships, sleeve design and printing services in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. They are a website summary — binding terms are set out in written quotations, campaign agreements and café partner agreements.

Every campaign begins with a written quotation. Artwork, quantities, locations, production and logistics must be approved by the advertiser in writing before production begins.

Campaign availability, distribution, duration, quantities and participating cafés are subject to agreement. Location preferences can be discussed, but final participation depends on café availability, campaign suitability and mutual agreement.

The published base advertiser pricing is ₹5 per cup, subject to a maximum calculated campaign charge of ₹10,000, whichever amount is lower. Pricing shown on this website is indicative.

Sleeve printing, design, delivery and any additional services are separately quoted. Applicable taxes and charges will be clearly stated in the final quotation. The ₹10,000 cap does not include separately quoted services.

Café onboarding is charged at ₹5,000, one-time, inclusive of 18% GST. It covers an in-person executive visit, video and photo capture, accurate café information collection, listing creation and verification. It is not a recurring subscription.

The verified symbol indicates that a café’s submitted details have been checked through Scream It’s own onboarding and verification process. It is not government certification or independent third-party accreditation. Verification does not guarantee advertising campaigns or any fixed income.

Advertising revenue is split per ₹10,000 slab, complete or partial. In every slab the café retains up to ₹9,000, and Scream It receives only the amount above ₹9,000 in that slab, capped at ₹1,000 per slab: per slab of size s, café receives min(s, ₹9,000) and Scream It receives min(max(s − ₹9,000, 0), ₹1,000). Café retained revenue plus Scream It’s share always equals the gross advertising revenue.

The onboarding fee and revenue sharing are separate. The fee is not deducted from campaign or recurring revenue.

For most participating cafés, accounting and settlements will generally be handled daily, depending on the number of cups sold and the settlement frequency determined by Scream It. The applicable arrangements are communicated to each café partner and documented in the relevant agreement.

Cafés participate in campaigns according to agreed terms. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their creative materials. Cafés are responsible for displaying agreed sleeves during the agreed campaign period.

Advertisers retain ownership of their brand assets and approve final artwork before production. Scream It retains ownership of its own brand, platform and design materials created by its studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a QR code is included in campaign artwork, the advertiser is responsible for the destination URL, its content and its continued availability. Destination URLs, artwork and print feasibility must be approved before production.

Scream It provides an advertising medium. We do not guarantee impressions, customer conversions, sales, engagement or any other campaign outcome. Café revenue depends on actual advertising demand, campaign availability, cup volumes and mutually agreed terms.

The Scream It app is coming soon and is not currently available. Waitlist registrations through WhatsApp express interest only and do not create accounts, bookings or contractual commitments.
